1950 Born in Meda from 1972 He worked in the design field for many companies, including B&B, Kartell, Vitra and Flexform. At the same time he carried on a design activity, implementing buildings and developing interiors in Italy and abroad.
1981 Opening of his own professional studio.
1982 Renewal of the Brera art gallery in Milan together with the Gregotti Association.
1985 Design of the Esprit headquarters in Milan.
1986 He started to design for Vitra.
1990-92 He taught at the Domus Academy.
1991 Design of the Esprit stores in Paris, Madrid, Lisbon and Neufchatel.
1992 Implementation of the Vitra factory in Nuremberg, Germany.
1999 He founded Antonio Citterio and partners, a multi-purpose architectural and design studio.
His products are exhibited in permanent design collections at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
